REPLACES WU ZETIAN'S CHINA
More Modern civ replacements are to come.

People's Republic of China - Zhou Enlai
Replacement for Wu Zetian's China that specialises in a strong economy and research. Science or Domination recommended.

The Four Modernizations - Workers work at 30% faster speed. +1 Science from Strategic Resources. +1 Gold from Farms. +25% Great General generation.

PLA Infantry (Infantry) - +20% Combat Bonus when fighting next to adjacent allied units. Costs less to produce then normal infantry. It has less combat strength then Infantry. (Doesn't Obsolete)

Business District (Stock Exchange) - 3 Specialist slots. +35% Gold in City. Costs more to produce then normal Stock Exchange

I haven't updated this since 2015. I haven't even modded Civ V since 2016.

thanks really wanted to play as China cause I am Chinese but the current bonuses just did not suit my playing style. This one provides a much more expanded specialty field.

I heard the fact that the 'Our World', that is led by SuperWaffle, is currently producing the PRC civilization with Deng Xiaoping as its leader, whose unique ability was 'Gaige Kaifang'. Type 99 is the unique Modern Armor for Deng that has a additional range and also has a flanking bonus and is generally much sturdier. Special Economic Zone is Deng's replacement of Factory that has a +3 gold maintenance but it has 20 percent increase in production when constructing research, wealth and World Congress projects.
