Welcome to chamber 72, there you must follow an order to complete this test, all testing elements have a chain. We gona note the fast reactions and smart ideas of test subjects.
TIP: The second bounce on a blue gel is more high.
TIP: You may need several attempts on the first moving panel.

PD:
I used bee mod to add orange lights and draw bridge.
Energy pellets was added with Bee mod and edited with Hammer.
I uploaded a custom thumbnail following the forum instructions.
If you get TRAPED betwen panels open the console and type kill then press enter
REMEBER you can always autosave using ( by default F6 )

The flip pannels aren't nearly fast enough for this.

The paint gun was underplayed here as most of the map was just completing menial and tedious tasks to get to the exit. The energy ball puzzle doesn't work 100% of the time. You really have to attach a NOT gate to each energy ball catcher/launcher pair.

Also your symbol usage is overly used and abused in certain places making it more confusing to know what to do next. I have a guide to fix that (amongst other antline tips):
