Adds a customizable and functional beam for wiremod

-Maximum distance

Throws out constant errors, am i using it incorrectly or does it just need an update?

:gmod: Yes its possible, use the lenght input and set it to 0 for off and a large number (1000000) as on value! if you need helping doing that just add me and i can teach you! :)
