Age of Mount & Blade:

Two identical (4 size Medium) maps with no gold mines, no relics and only two small stone mines. (one two player map, and one 4 player map)

instead of gaining gold from Gold mines, you gain taxes (gold) from (Gaia) Villages that you capture,
sadly, once a village is capture it can not be re-captured, not yet, anyway.

your taxes arrive every 7.5 minute, your Hero levels up every 5 minute, you gain 200 gold per Village.

so it's pretty basic, capture villages and defend them, if you don't defend you lose a vital gold source.(atleast during the early stages of the game)

made for Forgotton, Lan & Multiplayer only.

Recommended settings:
-normal exploration
-dark age starting age
-under 175 population
-normal game speed
-standard resourches
--- when playing 2 vs 2, make sure player 1 and 2 are on opposite teams (for ballance) so in the lobby it should be pl-1 = tm-1, pl-2 = tm-2, pl-3 = tm-1 & pl-4 = tm-2. ---

this started off as nothing more but a mere test that progressed to complete map, i regret not making it a lot bigger, (giant-Ludakris) and shaped after Calradia (Calradia being the original Mount & Blade:Warband map.) but, that i am working on now.

feel free to use/play/modify this map, or to use the same concept. ...oooh! and one more thing, on the 1 vs 1 version, if your scout / hero dies, you lose.
