Semi-hard chamber? No. 3 portal placements to perform advanced fling maneuvers and I'm out of there! Are the laser fields blocking the exit and you need to deactivate them to exit (the ball)? Why not just hook that up to the exit directly? That would prevent me from exploiting the chamber so easily! You can stretch fizzlers and laser fields you know...
Your sense of hard concerns me. Many people confuse hard with frustrating or crippling. Portal 2, challenge the minds of your test subjects understand of how they think test elements will interact with each other rather than cripple their ability to exit. Here's maps that do that:
