SSHD Knife for Sledgehammer

Description
Or "Military Knife" if you want to be specific.
Pretty much just the knife from SSHD, also includes some classic-ish animations with it.
And yes you can break walls with a knife.

Note: The crash that occurs when knifing kamikazes has now been fixed.

@Biomechanoid That's a problem on the game's side. I dont' know what causes it and can't fix it, atleast for now.

Good, but switch animation is slow.

Everytime I kill a kamikaze with the knife, the game crashes.
