Brisbane V1.4

A highly accurate representation of the Brisbane, Australia metropolitan area. This map covers a 10x10 km square of the city with 90% of the roads represented in the game. Creative licensing has taken it's toll near the edges of the map with some roads and tunnels not being accurate.

The fact that the game is right hand driver where as Brisbane is LHD is taken care of with all one way roads and highways running the opposite of what they do in real life.

[WARNING] This is a large and detailed map and your computer may suffer performance issues or crash in some cases.

DO NOT PLAY WITH CITY GROWTH ON!!!
This results in a large number of sky scrapers forming accross the city as well as growth for all other building types. This results in an increase in game crashes.

I highly recommend playing on a rule set that lowers the amount of cars in the game. As with the real city, this one is prone to very large traffic jams.

The landmarks in the game are placed so that areas of high usage in real life (hospitals, universities, sports grounds) experience similar usages in the game.



UPDATES:

1.1
Removed a number of houses and other buildings to reduce the number of assets in the game and improve stability.

Fixed the ICB and Riverside Expressway intersection to reduce the amount of congestion that forms. (It's still pretty bad but it's better)
Removed further buildings to improve stability.

Added missing on ramps for the Riverside Expressway. Improved the look of the Tunnel and ICB interschange.

Swapped low density houses to leisure type buildings in the valley. Added pictures to the workshop file.
