Description
Golden Fleece and Forgotten City are maps that got cut from the original game. With a little help from Thangbrand Aesirear I have ported them into Age of Mythology: Extended Edition. The maps can be played as per any Random Map Script - Singleplayer, online, over LAN or with AI's.

Other players can't Green Up?
This is a limitation of AoM:EE - something that I cannot fix. You'll need to move or copy the maps from the mod folder and into the rm2 folder. Go to your steam library:
Program Files x86\steam\steamapps\common\age of mythology\mod\MilkmanMattys New Maps

Copy all the files from that folder into the rm2 folder outside of the mods folder. If everybody in the lobby has the mod subbed there is no need to do this.

Golden Fleece:
In this epic adventure you must capture 5 of the 8 Golden Fleece goats to win. Some Golden Fleece are hidden across the landscape while others are hoarded by terrible monsters.
* Similar to King of the Hill but instead of needing control of the hill, you need control of 5 of the 8 golden fleece.
* Random enemies guard the fleece - of varying strength and numbers depending on the season.
* The terrain can be any of 4 different sets - correlating to the seasons Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn.
* Islands, water and cliffs all randomize so the map can be very different every generate.


Forgotten City:
Capture four settlements to gain control of an indestructible Titan. Remove control by preventing enemies from gaining the four Settlements. Control of the Titan is lost if no one has the four Settlements. When the Titan is freed, he will return to the ruins.
* Four central settlements must be captured in order to free the titan.
* The released titan is about half as strong as a regular titan but cannot be killed.
* If any of the central settlements are lost then the Titan returns to slumber in the middle of the map.
* The middle of the map is revealed for all players at map start.
* 4 Different terrain sets: Egypt, Greece, Norselands and Erebus - each with their own unique units, city and titan.


God Plains:
Start in a fortress with natural defences. The highlands provide great map control but the resources are found in the pits below.
* Lots of central resources including settlements, gold and relics.
* Great for team games or FFA.
* 4 Different terrain sets: Egypt, Greece, Norselands and Erebus - each with their own unique units and terrains.

forgotten city and god plains crashes in online... i cant play them... just singleplayer...:sheep_cry:

Could you update lost city to allow more houses + more settlements around the map? I've noticed that you can only have 3 houses for norse/egyptian/greeks and 1 manor for atlanteans which is quite unfair imo and due to the lack of settlements it makes it really hard to build an army as the AI is most likely gonna take them if your not fast enough.

@The_Vandhaal Hey! It's been a while :) Yeah I did put out a fix for that a while ago but it seems that I have unintentionally un-done the fix. It's a case of dividing by zero causing infinite amounts of the unit spawning (in this case blowing leaves). I'll look into it and make sure the next update addresses it :)

Nice maps Kahn&steak! also nice showcase with map detail shots and stuff! I have a question about the golden fleece one. For some reason the blowing leaves become millions and millions and and millions and make the map unplayable. It seems like the blowing leaves are just like the the grass placed on the map and covering the entire map in a sort of strict grid..not sure if that was done on purpose) anyway thanx for creating and sharing this nice stuff
