Royal Albert Hall Wonder

Description
This mod adds a new wonder, the Royal Albert Hall, which significantly increases Culture and the spawning of Great Artists, also starts a golden age. However, it takes quite alot of turns to create. This is my seconds wonder and my 4th mod, I hope you enjoy, leave feedback below if you want. WORKS WITH ALL VERSIONS OF CIV 5! :D

+1 Happiness
+1 Gold
+Free Mucisian After construction (Only if you have BNW, otherwise mod still works)
+ Golden Age

The Royal Albert Hall significantly increases Culture in the city and increases the spawning of Great People. A free Great Musician appears in the city upon construction and starts a Golden Age. Requires Stone to be built.

History Lesson:
The Royal Albert Hall is a concert hall built in 1871, on the northern edge of South Kensington, London. It best known for holding the Proms concerts annually each summer since 1941. This councert hall holds over 5,000 seats, and hosts an average of 350 musical events a year. Famous musical artists that performed in the Royal Albert Hall includes includes Frank Sinatra, Pianist Lang Lang, Liza Minnelli, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Oscar Peterson, The Who, Led Zeppelin, Eric Clapton, Sting and Elton John and from a younger generation Adele, Kaiser Chiefs and the Killers. Thousands visit this amazing concert hall anually and will continue to be a famous historical monument of music, for many years to come.

Based on all the discussions, this should be much better suited for a Modern/Atomic Era wonder since Acoustics already has the Sistene Chapel to build (which has a bigger civ-wide bonus and great work slots to boot). Probably not Radio since that's already a crowded tech in terms of Wonders (even more with mods that add other wonders).

Since I only have vanilla I cant do that right now, however ill look into it to see how I can do that

Could you please make it so that this wonder has a couple of great works slots. There are so few great works wonders in the game and few mods for them as well.

Four slots (2 Art and 2 Music)
All from the same era.
+4 Theming Bonus.

This mod does not show up in the Acoustics tree. There is room for it. This mod is in the menu and is checked. It also is in the Mod folder. I do use a bunch of other mods. Not sure which one would cause a conflict.

Personally I'd put this on a tech somewhere in the medieval era, acoustics is a 13th-16th century style tech

Otherwise, brilliant job!
