Early Shield Flags

Description
This mod puts the ruler's flag onto the shield of the Charlemagne early units.

Now armies look nicer, and also it is easier to see who belongs to which character. So far only works with the Early Western shield, but I hope to add more in the future.

Mod is currently broken, it replaces the epidemic smog with a flat texture

Is there any Updates coming for this mod I love it but it causes a graphical glitch with the Epidemics and makes them look like big square blotches on the map?
