Claude Speed is the same guy in GTA 2 and II, but there are "different universes"

Btw Claude'ss face is rightly done with face emotions? i know he's cold but in L4d deserve some emotions xD

So Claude have a voice actor now! Btw, Claude Speed is the protagonist from GTA 2 not GTA III? Because we don't know if it's the same person.
