[ExpAdv2] PewPew V2 functions

Description
This is a port of the E2 functions that are included with PewPew.

You can find the available functions and their descriptions in the in-game user manual of the Expression Advanced 2 editor.

Requirements:
-PewPew V2
-Expression Advanced 2

-Rusketh (Author of Expression Advanced 2) for helping me with some issues I ran into

You can find the functions in the in-game component browser, just look for pewpew in the list on the left. If it's somehow not in the list you can try enabling it using the following console command: 'expadv pewpew enable'
