allahu akbar + improved sounds

This addon is more than just the bomb sounds in the vid.
It adds lots of turban allah allah sounds into the game.
Pretty much anything terrorist involving an explosive involes an allahu akbar.
Also improves a few sounds from certain distances.


~IMPORTANT~
if it doesnt work then you have to type snd_restart into console.
It also doesnt work if there are not any team mates around. This is due to the actual game and i hae no controll over it.
Most of it is only t sided as well.
