Increased Max Speed

Description
This mod changes the maximum speed of large ships from 100m/s to 1000m/s, and that of small ships from 100m/s to 2000m/s. Working as of 19/05/2018.

To make large ships capable of accelerating to these speeds in a reasonable amount of time, artificial masses and gravity generators can be used in conjuction along the ship.
