Fixed and recolored blood textures. :)

Fixed Spitter Goo particles.

Bile Bomb now has a blue texture and particle effect.

Survivors now have correct blue texture when vomited on.

Boomer Vomit now works correctly with a shade of blue. :)

Probably can't fix the blood splatter screen effect but I can try to eventually.

Also wanted to thank Revenant100 for uploading and editing the Beta Boomer mod. I took a look to see how it worked and it really helped me finish the boomers textures and effects. :)

Soleily: Thanks to Pink Fade Spitter Particles I was able to fix the Spitter's goo by tinkering with the particle VMT.
