Tweaks the way Health, Hunger and Sanity regen works

+ Added ability to regen health if you have a minimum hunger of X
+ + The health regen rate gets lower the lower the minimum hunger is.
+ Added ability to regen sanity if near pigs. The more pigs, the faster the regen is
+ Added a way to make the hunger rate slower/faster
+ + Should work on all characters.
+ Added a way to turn some regens on or off.
