Better Connect & Disconnect Messages

Description
Replaces the default connect and disconnect messages with more informative and eye-catching ones; you will be alerted when a player first connects to a server, when they first enter the game, and when they disconnect; even if they do so before getting into the server.

@Maurdekye where is the original connect message code located in files?

shows <player> has connected to the server.
<player> failed to join the server.
<player> has disconnected from the server. thats what it shows
