Yamuna expressway interchange

Description
Interchange loosely modeled after the Yamuna interchange in India, have tried it in my own games and it works pretty well, if the traffic through the onramp and through the bypass on the outside is too much you can easily swap those out with a highway laned bypass and onramp.
