Cul-de-sac (Dead End Road)

Description
A suburban-styled cul-de-sac roundabout (dead end road). You cannot build houses around the roundabout.

@Vault The unlock seems to be tied to the decoration piece you have in the center, a version without it should be accessible from the first road (I don't know if you can specify actual unlock requirements)

Very nice series, but this one in particular seems to have unlock requirements set far too high given that it's the most basic road type.
