Homeless Gathering Place by Surzel

A cheap 5x5 park with a little attraction to poor people. Homeless people from other cities come to visit sometimes, too. Three parkings spots for the current "residents" included. Of course there is a fire hazard and some garbage output.

Thanks! I like some of my districts a bit run-down. I recently built a bridge in such a district and thought this would fit great under there.
