Description
Simple Residential Zone by Nit3Rid3R

This is just a simple residetial area I made, it has support for both 2 lane and 4 lane roads with perfect spacing.

To zone more than one area, simple drag out a standard Two Lane Road and leave 2 blocks of space.

Spacing for multiple zones by road price is:

Two Lane Roads:
480 - Two Lane Road
600 - Two Lane Road with Grass
720 - Tow Lane Road with Trees

Four Lane Roads:
720 - Four Lane Road
840 - Four Lane Road with Grass
960 - Four Lane Road with Trees
