Description
Someone had asked for an enhanced Swat Van and posted a picture of the one from CS:GO.

So here we go.

Here's a list of "some of" the Enhancements...

Rear End
1) Split open the back end and made it a deployment ramp
2) added an inner box to the Van Body to block the see through effect)
3) added Troop Seats (can hold 10 CS sdcaled characters comfortably)
4) added a radio and 2 storage shelves on the front wall
5) added a radio on the shelf
6) added weapons racks to the front wall (holds 10 weapons)
7) added 6 lights (2 red for those tactical situations, 4 white or whatever colour you add)
8) made the windows transparent/translucient

Wheel Base

1) Added Suspension bones to the front and rear ends (to assits in vehicle roll as it rounds corners)
2) Added steering bones to the front wheels (for those that want control on this sort of thing)
3) Added a steering Flex controller (for those that just wnt to turn the wheels)
4) added bones to the wheels to allow tire rotation

Cab interior
1) added bones and split open the driver and passenger doors
2) add flex controllers to the driver and passenger windows so that they roll down and up.
3) Created a cab interior with seats, dash board, foot pedals, steering wheel, and cup holders.
4) painted it and added materials for the interior,
5) made windows translucient
6) seats have folding backs and rotatating arms
7) added flex controllers to the seats to allow them to be pushed forward.

Bones
There are 62 bones on this model, the main root and body bones have been placed at the rear Differential to assist in more realistic turns and dornering.
Of these 62 bones there are only 20 that are used to contorl the model, the other 42 are bones to be used as attachment points for lights and other things you want to zero on the models.

Animations
Added a windshield wiper sequence to make the wipers work if it's raining or dutsy (for those that, again, want that sort of thing)
Animated VTF files for the flashing police lights that can be turned on and off via skins.

Anyway, download and play with it, see if it meets the need of some of you clips.

For those of you who detest Unknown bone groups, Copy and paste this bone group info (between the snip line) into your sfm_defaultanimationgroups.txt file found in the SourceFilmmaker\game\platform\cfg folder

This version of SFM has not been updated in just over a year.

As for updates breaking things, yes, yes they can.

Especially when models are changed by valve to work better in game. An example of this would be the sentry fiasco we had just after SFM was released and the change of the uv layouts of the c_weapons to support the new skins. This is why most of us ckeep an extracted version of the game cache VPKs handy, we can override the SFM defaults with them and add the newer stuff as we require them.

Because it doesnt have enough ratings for any stars to be shown, it might deter some people. Quick question, does SFM update? If it does, does it break some of the items listed?

Nope, YOu need CSGO for the Swat Characters though, the Van and skins are included in the Sub
