SoulGem Crafting

Description
This mod was made for a streamer since he ws wanting to make or find soulgems for staffs and so i made this mod. This mod is still a wip but it does not need any perks so it should work fine with any overhual mod.

It takes 4 of the lower rank soul gem to make the next rank of soul gem but you can not craft grand soul gems.

I plan to add perma support soon. But for now tell me if you get any bugs.

This is a really nice mod, and i wish they had this sorta thing ingame. But why is it only at the lunar forge? i would have put it at whiterun or some place easily accessable. or maybe do a small quest for just the ability to do it or somthing. Just putting that out there :/

-Added grand soul gem crafting.
-Added Crafting petty and greater soul gems from fragments.

Unless I'm an absolute idiot for not knowing you could, try and add a feature that allows you to craft soul gem fragments together. Keep finding these damn things and they're completely useless to me:markarth:

Thanks Zamp, the mod idea is great, and when you can collect so many small gems and not many large ones, its great to have other ways to get them
