Yea that was supposed to be on the panels. I thought they would stay attached and spin with it. I'll have to fix it soon, but until then just pretend it's an electro-magnetic electricial system and so stuff can float. lol

K thanks for the advice. I'll tinker with it some more later. I want to try it out in my city first, and see how it effects it before I make changes.

I would suggest increasing the ongoing maintanence cost to balance this with the existing plants.
