Realistic Elementary School

Description
Realistic Elementary School by Chen Sen. No school is complete without a playground, field, fence, tress, and a path. The stats are generally 3x that of the vanilla elementary, with added radius and student intake to make up for the extra space it takes up. Overall this makes it a balanced and viable in game building.

Almost realistic. All available grass and unused parking should be covered in portable classrooms.
