Animal Transformation COMPLETE

Description
Something has emerged from deep within the Earth. Reports are coming in of strange animals with human-like eyes roaming the streets. A dangerous virus has come to give humanity a bit of a change.

Note: This scenario is finished now! It mainly changes the late game, but I've done some earlier tweaking.

Includes custom icons and events.

This one is pretty hard to win. The cure starts going up lightning fast, even with all the genetic scrambleing and hardening in place. Like... 3% every second or something on normal speed. Blink and it's over, pretty much. is that supposed to happen?

gave it a shot had alot of fun some closs calls for the cure but the suspence kept me into it Nice work, functioned really well i hope more people give this one a shot and have fun, i know i did!
