Sorry, but this isn't solar power plant. It's solar-thermal power plant. All these mirrors down there are reflecting solar arays to tower, where is located liquid salt. It will heat up the salt to 560°C. Then will the salt went down to the water tank, where will be water transformed into a steam, that will power turbine. Now is salt coolling and going up to the tower to be heated up to 560°C from cols 280°C.
