This map covers Manila proper if all 25 tiles are used. This is an accurate representation (as best as I can manage that is) of the actual map using terrain party. The city is quite flat in real life. Also, flopped too many trees too early so they are weirdly scattered. Will update in the future.

p.s. The little island off the bay is Corrigedor. An island located at the entrance of Manila Bay - fortified for artillery during WWII. Not actual size and location in this custom map.

I've been waiting for this. We are actually trying to make 2 sets of Manila (Northern Manila & Southern Manila) just to make it fit. Will try to work on this one. Also, if you haven't joined our fb group, just search for Cities : Skylines Philippines :)
