Economic Sanctions

Description
Haven't you ever wanted to be the commissioner of the senate imposing crippling economic sanctions on those who flaunt the decisions of the council? Now you can!

Prevaricate to delay votes
More influence based shenanigans!
New! More trade, so you can sanction harder!
Reusable, no-bonus Rename cards, so that you can name everything you want at no extra cost!
Reusable yet suboptimal vote weight cards - never be stuck without a negotiate-equivalent again (though you're going to really regret overusing these. They're basically last resorts.)
Special researchable abilities! (one thereof).
Super-secret rare trolling opportunities. (Nothing too terrible, but what if you could name things you didn't own?)

The economic sanctions card itself is quite probably a senate leader thing. The other cards could still be integrated. I'll see if I get around to it after updating the two bigger ones of mine :)

Thanks Darloth, as you said some of these aren't relevant, but others are cool, and I look forward to maybe seeing new content that works with being senate leader?

well Prevaricate isn't relevant anymore now Filibuster exists. Might update the rest of these at some point but it's low on the agenda.

Finally updated for new tech tree. I'm surprised nobody out of the silent majority complained, but if you were silently hoping for an update here it is. (I would have done it much earlier if anyone actually asked, though - just forgot about it for a while :) )

Some balance tweaking is needed, and I'll release an update for that hopefully tonight or this weekend. Also, I'm not sure - should I invert the background/foreground colors of the Dissidents like I have for Name Others' System? My theory is, there's no 'defense' against these cards except buying them off the stack first (or having named your system already), so they should stand out more so people can spot them easily. I'm making them rather expensive per-slot on the stack as well, so waiting is optimal, but then others have a chance to buy them first :)

Massive additions, lots of new stuff. It's basically Diplomacy Card Assortment now :) If you haven't looked at it before but you're looking to expand the diplomatic options a little, I suggest you take a look now! Let me know what you think, or if there are any other areas in diplomacy that seem like they could do with a few more cards!

Really cool mod, I mean it's abit tricky to use, and I don't see if all of them work exactly as written, but these policies are cool, and this mod I believe is the first to actually do something like this!

Good/great work Darloth.

I think you could, but sanctions are a bad thing - you persuade the senate to put them on an enemy world, and it loses a big chunk of production in line with its level.

Right now you a) must not be at war with the target, and b) need to see the target.

I may relax one or both of those restrictions, especially if I can find a way to just make it cost more if you're at war.

how does it work ? you sanction your own worlds ?
