Overpass with increased spacing to allow full zoning alongside a wide road (not included) crossing under the highway. Unlikely to place correctly over a preexisting road, which may require bulldozing, especially if attempting to attach to another frontage module.
Base cost $3,240 (plus highway and underpass completion).
