Description
Map of Phoenix, AZ. Heightmap from USGS, with added Salt River modified for playabilty.
Highway system loosely (very) added to mimic 17/101, but not very closely.

Only one source of water. ;)

Of course none of the highways are connected. What, do you want a fully developed highway system premade for you? It's enough to get started and make your own specific connections easily.

Thanks for the efforts. I live in Phoenix, so I appreciate having some sort of version of this. I will comment that the city is definitely not this green.
