Brown531: That's a great point! I hadn't considered that. I remember all those floods, particularly how a favorite college professor of mine would have his basement flood, finally get it fixed, only to have it flood again.

Ugh, I am no good at map editing, I cant even seem to add sea lanes to this map. And when I riase the land of what I think is "cameron street" I end up with a higher river, with waterfalls! It woudl be sooooo perfect, to have that tiver and the other two on the east shore gone, and add shipping lanes!

P.P.S . Maybe the giagantic rivers can be be good! I want to mod this map and add the shipping routes that Topgun Referred to. In the not too distant future..... Harrisburg AE!

And P.S. I live in Shiremanstown on the West Shore, and have lived Downtown. I have always tried to make maps of Harrisburg for Sim City, and started one for this. But this is excellent! Cant wait to load it and get started!

Thelron. I dont think the water level is completly accurate, BUT, notice the downtown area is on that large island, with the long river splitting it from the rest of the city? Think back to all the floods. that back river I think would be Cameron Street. You know how it always floods, even when the area to the east and west are dry. And then that whole large island (not City island) woul represent like Front street to 6th. That also gets hits by the floods. Front up to 2nd. Those east west flowing rivers, could represent iether State Street, Herr, or what is the one that crosses up by the farm show? those roads are all leading from the lower flood plain area up to the hills. So rather than streams/rivers, they could represent those gouges where the highways go up.

Maybe add in the James River cities of Hopewell, Richmond, and so on. OMG this is so addictive!

This makes me want to make one of the Fredericksburg, VA area.

You didn't add ship routes to the map so it wont allow you to build any shipping or transport harbors

Hi,
I allowed myself some liberties. Indeed I change the topography in some places, you are right.
