Mainly an eye candy lot to make your transportation hubs nicer looking (as per additional screenshot).
No tourism values, and low upkeep.

It's as the descrition; a waiting area for a bus stop. I used it mainly as a filler for a transportation hub I made. It has no tourism values, so mostly eye candy to make stuff like this: http://i.imgur.com/d6f1SXq.jpg

Looks good, but a little question. What is this? Does it work as a park? A replacement for Bus stop? Can you add some description please?
