Highway Interchange in&out merge

Description
4 way Highway intersection that merges into both the inside & outside lanes.
The aim is to better utilize all highway lanes, and minimize congestion caused by lane mergers.

All exits occur before entries, so this junction will not suffer from weaving.

For what it does, it also has quite a compact footprint too.

Do you need to have any mods enabled in order to place it? Or anything extra from Vanilla?
