Description
Unlock the Boom Town milestone immediately for new game. This is intended for people who want to skip the early game and start with highway and bus immediately. Please note that your citizen will immediately demand some services when using this mod.

The Boom Town milestone normally requires 2600 population and it will unlock:

Building:
Elementary School
High School

Medical Clinical
Cemetery
Park

Fire House
Police Station

Landfill
Advanced Wind Turbine
Bus Depot

Traffic:
Bus
Highway
Ramp
Roundabout

Zone:
District
Agriculture
Ore
Forestry

Policy:
Power Usage
Smoke Detector Distribution
Water Usage
Parks and Recreation
Pet Ban
Smoking Ban
Recreational Use
Recycling

Doesn't work for me either. It only unlocks the milestone before 'Boom Town'.

This doesn't work for me. I get the popup saying the highways are unlocked, but then only the first few tiers are unlocked (e.g. 4-lane roads and such, but not highways).
