ye man.. i know its a little bit information but it happend so quickly i was so panicked when i removed the addon from my server everything became normal again, it fucked something "isequipment" and had 6 lines of error fuqing the HUD , the players didnt had hands,u couldnt see Ammo on the floor couldnt hear bullets...was so weird... but i love the Weapon so much :D cool idea there

I can not help you with so few information about this error.
Is it really the addon?
Did you ever uninstalled it and then looked again?

it caused my server to broke down...........spamming script errors with player_ex.shd 5 lines any help?
