Description

Working version of the Tic-Tac-Toe tutorial.

Some cons:
- Mouse clicking is very sensitive
- Detection of the "draw" doesn't work ?!

Please, use mouse_check_button_pressed() instead mouse_check_button() to change difficult.
And made more time (alarm) after win/lose.
