Warning: This is (and always will be) a challenging map with steep hills and a weak starter river: it is recommended that you play with a "unlock 25" mod, and you will likely need one of your first 2 tile purchases to be coastal.

Ushuaia[www.wikiwand.com] is considered the southernmost major city on earth. Situated on the southern coast of Tierra del Fuego, it is safely separated from the Antarctic Circumpolar Current by buffer islands. It has an airport, a (very local) rail line, and a port of call. It is a major tourist attraction. It is located at the foothills of mountains and serves as a ski destination.

Ushuaia serves as an immensely hilly starting area, and the river that founded Ushuaia is actually west of the city enough that it's mouth is barely visible at the bottom/left, so a fake river was painted in to start the map. Natural resources, freeway, rail line, and air/sea passageways are included.

The original version of this map was extensively playtested and documented. These are problems identified there, which I have attempted to address in the current version:

• Expressway should be inverted —directions are reverse of typical.
  
• The coast line could have less islands.
  
• The surface could be a little smoother in the starting tile.
  
• There needs to be a large very flat area for placing an airport. Right now it is possible to unlock half a dozen squares and still not find a suitable location.
  
• Sea lanes — there is a break in the sea lanes, which may result in u-turning boats.
