Dungeons and Dragons 3.5e Spellcards

Description
A Spell Cards Deck for dungeons and dragons 3.5e
The cards contain as much information about dungeons and dragon spells as will fit on the card face, with a direction to a rulebook page where it does not fit.
The spells are also re worded to fit as much information as possible.

Spell cards have a Level number marker that corresponds to the level of most classes that can access it, I will be adding individual class levels below where required.

Each card also has a page number for you so you can find the card in the players handbook if you are not sure about something on the card.

Most likely spells will eventually be split into several decks as there are 300+ spells in the players handbook and only 52 cards in a deck in tabletop. also it takes ages for me to to each card and still have them look pretty so it might take ages to do them all :<

Please report bugs if you spot them, thanks!
Cards done so far: 27

PS:
I am making the cards in my free time and when required for my own character who is a bard so occaisionally bard spells will turn up out of order in the deck :P
If you would like some cards for your character specifically add to the deck so you can use them, chuck in a list in the comments and I will do them, when I run out of requested cards I will go back to alphabetical.

If you would like to make your own cards, I am willing to provide the photoshop template I am using. just give me a yell.

Would it be possible to make a custom scripted card? Like the note card, with a custom background and backing to it, but that you can type on? Then you could use them for custom spells, or just let players set up their own spells. You could have your players just copy and paste spells from the SRD... Even have them do their own calculations if they want to prepare spells with metamagic attached...

Right! I'd imagine that the longest part would be transferring the spells from the book to the template. Using my program, you'd have to copy and paste the spells to the grid instead of a template, like what you do, which doesn't add a lot of benefit other than it keeps all the cards together in an easy to manage way. However, I can say that it would help IMMENSELY with your latter problem. The program takes the data and can either generate the individual cards, or it can generate them in a TTS supported sheet. I generate all of sheets I need for my card game with the click of a couple buttons. It takes maybe a minute. If you are too busy though, I completely understand.

I just use a photoshop template and manually add text. I have semi-abandoned it due to being so damn busy I could see a program such as yours being useful to people who are not comfortable with photoshop, the main bottleneck for me has been getting the information transferred from the players handbook to the template and then the uploading and placing of them into the card layout graphic.
so I would say the hardest part is putting all the images onto the tilesheet.

Fern, are you still actively working on this project? I love the idea. About a year ago I started creating my own card game, but the creation of the cards was hard and tedious (as you probably know). I developed a Card Management Software (I'm a programmer) for creating these cards for my game. You just fill out data in a grid where each row is a card. Just last night, I programmed an exporter for it for Tabletop Simulator, and it makes it so easy to port my cards into the game. I don't know what kind of system you use, but I love what you are doing. If you are still actively working on this and you think that something like this may help, I feel that converting my software to use these cards would not be too hard. Contact me if this could help that project! I'm not looking for money or anything, I just love to see people working on something like this for e3.5.
