It essentially opperates the same as your traditional incinerator, generates the same amount of power, uses the same garbage. Everything is the same save for a couple components.

#1 it costs more to install and maintain

#2 it takes up a larger foot print

#3 it pollutes less: 10 pollution with a smaller radius of: 20
