Each purchasable land has its own specialty, making it easier to divide your city's industry types. You start on a land that is fertile, allowing instant access to farms. Areas adjacent to it are forest-based, followed by abundances of coal and oil. There are train tracks surrounding the city, but you'll need to purchase lands far enough to reach them.

The differences between version 1.0 and this are as follows:
- Forest lands have way more trees now.
- Other lands have been properly painted with the appropriate resources. (The old one had some holes here and there.)
- Water level has been raised, in which makes building boat-related buildings now possible. You'll need to watch the boat lines though just in case.
