A few years ago, I created a set of Spy items formally titled the "Observer" Spy set. It was five items in total, filling each of the Spy's weapon slots and adding an additional two vanity items. At the time, it was the largest project I had attempted, and it was quite exhausting by the end. I received a lot of praise for the set. However, quite a few people pointed out that the set could do with a hat and a cloaking watch.

I'm now cleaning up the "Observer" Spy, and I've decided to go ahead and fill in the gaps based on user suggestions.

... and yes, I know, the game has plenty of fedoras...

This hat was built as a compliment to my raincoat vanity item, the "Wetworker". I decided to pull out all the stops with my promotional art, going so far as to model a small French cityscape, and a few other props and vehicles. For the time being, the coat is not quite ready for resubmission, but I left it in the promotional art as a teaser.
