Easy plop, heavy traffic, elevated interchange.

Very easy ploppable exchange. Have tested as the sole exchange for 2 industrial zones and 45k population. Backups were begining to form, but stemmed from city roads opposed to exchange itself. Thinking I should have called it the Alien exchange from the looks.
