Dr. Schultz's "Mass relay" Double Level intersection

Made specifically for a situation i had in a city. It works pretty well as central hub, and you can differentiate the traffic by directing commercial traffic on the lower ring and normal traffic on the upper one.

Be warned though! Approaching it may launch your cims in another point of the galaxy.
