- Added an highway connection to the starting area
- Use the river called "Oude Maas" going west (upper left river) for sewage disposal. Otherwise it will rotate around your Island and you will have a hard time getting rid of it...

- Don't build dams, you allready have dikes ;)

I have no idea, haven't played the new patch yet. It's a temperate map if that's what you asking, not tropical or borreal.
