Description
PLEASE USE XENON HUNT 3 INSTEAD!

I have stopped working on this mod many months ago and I don't see myself continuing any time soon. Please use "Xenon Hunt 3" by aladinaleks. It's the latest version of the mod with bugfixes and updates.

Unsubscribe from this mod, then subscribe to his version.

This mod adds docking bays to Xenon I and K and allows you to capture them like in the Xenon Hunt mod.
The author of the original Xenon Hunt is not supporting his mod actively anymore and, therefore, allowed me to continue his work with this mod.

Known issues:
*Xenon that existed before the mod installation get a docking bay but are not boardable (-> destroy them).

Changes:
*moved Dockingports to the front of the ships to have a great view with Capitalship Bridge mod.
*fixes boarding resistence
*fixes removing marines after boarding

Thanks to:

*Walker Evans for pointing out some issues and helping me fix them

ty fot this mod, i have used it a lot back in the day and had lots of fun using an army of them lol. Thank you for letting another make hunt 3 to let the awesomeness continue.

works with 4.00 but captured xenon ships despawn after a bit.

AuGuR ur totally right when they will actually do that no one knows but its pretty odvious if you look at the top rated mods on the workshop what we actually want.

Cannot match path '//ships/ship[@id='xen_destroyer']/@capturable' in patch file 'extensions\add_vsls\libraries\ships'. Skipping node.

Heh, Rebirth was akin to what they're doing with Star Wars now, rewriting what is and is not canon. It was obvious there was an attempt to port to consoles, but the problem being the overhead by the "living" universe economy/life would have crushed the performance on the consoles themselves.

With 4.0 on the horizon, and even with the changes listed so far in the beta forum, while it'll be closer to the originals, it will still fall short. As I've said elsewhere, Egosoft really needs to take a look at what the modding community has done and incorporate many of the mods in to the core game.

hopefully its not botched like this game was on release, I think they need to go back to there roots but add in the modified graphics from this game crossed with capital ship bridges....... Maybe make them a bit more fun... join the boarding party persay

Janda we need an expansion lol to the game to this mod or maybe a better X game i havent played in a few months but reading over the old comments. I so wish egosoft would do something to bring it more in line with the other X games
