Circle Island

Description
Round island map for your perfect circle city.
Map has all resources, but oil and ore are located on four smaller sandy islands.

I strongly suggest using mod unlocking all 25 regions for this map.

Note:
There is no train connection on this map.

There is some piece of land in the center that keep appearing after each load of my saves - And flooding some parts of the city. When i remove it using the terraforming tools, it keep reappearing every time i load the city.

Anything you can do about this?
