movie theatre savoy

The Savoy is a small movie theatre / hotel (Kino / Hotel). It works as an atraction for some med and low tourists and it generates entertainment. It doesnt cost a lot (7000) and and wont raise the worth of its surroundings to much. The goal was to present an alternative to small parks to give something to your low and med parts of your town, or place a little "oldschool" gem in the center of your city.

It should be unlocked at lvl 2, but here on my system it just works at lvl 4. Dont know why... I changed it and controlled it but lvl 4 it is.

The Savoy is a cinema with only one theatreroom in the centre of hamburg. It shows mostly movies in their original version, some sync. stuff and sometimes theatre plays from around the world. And apperently it is a small hotel as well.

LOD and their texture version exist, although this was my first time... so I dont know how good they are. They work for me. Next thing I need to understand are normal maps (well how to make/bake them), thats the only thing I dont know yet and thats why I'm just 90% contento :)
