Vibrant, Saturated [SimCity 2013-esque] -10% Saturation

Description
Same as before, but with an extra 10% of saturation gone, as people requested. No new photos, so the ones you see above are without the 10% of saturation taken off. There's also not as many photos this time, because I'm far too lazy to repost all of the screenshots I took 1-by-1 again.

Right. Geez, lower request was months ago. :S Regardless of time, I actually did make a -30% Saturation version, and I'll be putting it up rather soon. I don't have enough experience with After Dark to know if it blends well with that. Ah well, I'll put it up anyway, just wait. ^-^

I love this but it is still too damn saturated! Maybe reduce another 20%?

Hm, quite odd, don't know why it's not appearing. Perhaps a restart of Steam could fix it?

I dont know why but when i installed this mod it does not show up in my list of assets or mods and it does not work for me :(
