Cargo Pods

Description
Adds cargo pods as booster items for your ship which increase cargo space of your ship but slows it down

contains 4 levels of cargo pods that add cargo space at the cost of speed/maneuverability:
Cargo Pod - requires engineering 1 space 50
Cargo Pod Mk2 - requires engineering 3 space 75
Cargo Pod Mk3 - requires engineering 4 space 100
Cargo Pod Mk3 - requires engineering 5 space 150

In all cases speed and acceleration are -5 and maneuverability -10

comes in handy if you like being a trader extra storage so you can do less runs for the same amount of sell's.

@calyst001 So patch 1.4.9 adds in checks so that you should be able to slowly turn around and return to station. Cheers.

The Hiigaran BattleCruiser mod ship has -90% maneuverability, combined with the -10% leads to none.

Note that if you put these on very low maneuverability ships you lose the ability to turn at all, and cant get back into a station to take it off.

This is a very useful mod. I think it's very well balanced, which is nice, considering other cargo pod mods seemed more like a cheat than a realistic boost. Besides, it's unrealistic to expect a small ship to be able to carry an extra 1000 cargo, which is what previous mods provided. This mod provides realistic limits to the cargo expansion and also gives the ship some realistic balances (i.e. slower turning, etc.). This balance is critical to making a good mod and this modder did a great job. :-) Well done.
